MEET DOLLY!

At just 10.2 lbs and 2 years old, Dolly is a tiny little Chi mix with a HUGE heart!

Dolly has learned so much since coming into foster, and one of her favorite discoveries? DOG FRIENDS ARE AWESOME!  She especially enjoys dogs closer to her own size and loves to run and play. She isn't a fan of roughhousing, though, and bigger or overly exuberant dogs can make her a little nervous. She may let out a little yip when she's scared, but she's definitely not a yappy little dog.

And people? Dolly LOVES EVERYONE! Big people, little people—she's happy to meet them all.

She's already crate trained AND house trained, and she's learning her leash skills. She does okay on leash but definitely needs a little more practice. Since Dolly doesn't potty while she's on leash, a secure fenced yard would be best for her.

 She'll bark when the doorbell rings because apparently she takes her security duties seriously—but once the excitement is over, she's back to being her sweet self.

And when the day is done? Dolly wants exactly what every little lap dog wants...

Your couch. Your lap. And preferably as close to you as physically possible.

Dolly is a sweet, affectionate little girl who would love a family who will give her the chance to keep building confidence, enjoy some playtime, and then snuggle up for all the couch cuddles she can get.
