 Personality

Strudel is an outgoing, joyful dog who believes everyone he meets is already his best friend. He thrives on being part of daily life and loves both playtime and family time.

He has a wonderful ability to match the energy around him — if the house is calm, he relaxes. If the household is active, he is ready to jump right in and join the fun.

Strudel is incredibly affectionate and loves with his whole entire body… which sometimes means he may jump up to express that excitement and affection.

 His Quirks

Strudel is naturally curious and always wants to know what is happening around him. He enjoys supervising kitchen activities, yard patrol, and general household business.

He is also a mouth player. He does not bite or try to hurt anyone, but he does like to gently grab hands while playing or when excited.

Because of his enthusiastic love style and play habits, we feel Strudel would do best with older children.

Strudel is smart and very food motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding.

Strudel requires another playful dog in the home. He thrives with canine companionship and takes social cues well from other dogs.

 Adoption Info:

All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption.

Our requirements are non-negotiable and include the following:

All current pets in the home must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age, unless there is a documented medical exemption with veterinary confirmation.

All current dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) vaccinations.

All current dogs must be on consistent, consecutive heartworm prevention.

Past dogs listed on the application must also show a consecutive history of heartworm prevention.
