Reggie is a 2-year-old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix weighing in at a mighty 13 pounds of personality.

This quirky little dude is pure joy in dog form. He’s playful, happy, and always down for a good time—with toys, other dogs, or anyone who gives him attention. Reggie isn’t just the life of the party—he is the party. Hand him a toy, and he’ll give you a full demo of “Reggie’s 101 Ways to Have Fun With It.”

Reggie is leash, crate, and potty trained—though he will test your resolve in the crate at first. Stick to your routine, and he settles in just fine. He’s lived with other dogs and done best with playful females, but he can also do well with a male buddy who’s friendly and social. That said, he doesn’t need another dog—Reggie would be just as thrilled to soak up all the love from his human bestie.

He’s met cats and thinks they’re potential playmates—so playful or dog-savvy cats are a better match. He’s been around kids but would do best with older ones who understand his energy and boundaries.

Reggie bonds hard to his favorite person and would love a home where someone is around more often than not. A securely fenced-in yard is ideal because zoomies are his cardio, and fetch is his love language.

All of our animals are fully vetted which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention and microchipped) prior to adoption.
