Cooper is a 5-month-old chi mix with the best puppy energy and a heart full of love! He came into care weighing just 7 lbs and is now a healthy, happy 15 lbs—thriving, playful, and ready for his forever home. We expect him to max out around 20 lbs, so he’ll stay small and snuggly!

He’s a total toy collector (they all belong in his bed, obviously), a champion cuddler, and is learning potty training like a champ—he even heads to the back door when he needs to go! While he hasn’t had much leash experience yet, he’s a quick learner and eager to please.

Cooper gets along great with other small dogs and has done well with cats too. He’s got a sweet, confident personality and loves romping, chewing, and being your shadow. From his soulful brown eyes to his wiggly, happy tail, Cooper will absolutely steal your heart.
